Credits earned at Swift Driving Academy may not transfer to another educational institution. Credits earned at another educational institution may not be accepted by Swift Driving Academy. You should obtain confirmation that Swift Driving Academy will accept any credits you have earned at another educational institution before you execute an enrollment contract or agreement. You should also contact any educational institutions that you may want to transfer credits earned at Swift Driving Academy to determine if such institutions will accept credits earned at Swift Driving Academy prior to executing an enrollment contract or agreement. The ability to transfer credits from Swift Driving Academy to another educational institution may be very limited. Your credits may not transfer and you may have to repeat courses previously taken at Swift Driving Academy if you enroll in another educational institution. It is highly recommended and you are advised to make certain that you know the transfer of credit policy of Swift Driving Academy and of any other educational institutions you may in the future want to transfer credits earned at Swift Driving Academy before you execute an enrollment contract or agreement.
We suggest you bring enough money to cover meals and the cost for your CDL, which depends on your state. Check with your recruiter on the specifics!
You are eligible for a Class A CDL job upon graduation and can be hired if you meet our hiring criteria at that time.
The program is 3 weeks long. If you choose to attend the permit class, it is an additional week. Note that time to graduation depends on completion of testing.
We do not compensate during your time in the Academy.
We have schools located across the country! Aside from Florida, North Dakota, South Dakota, and some upper east states, we would send you to the school nearest you, transportation on us!
We do! In order to qualify we require documentation. A Swift recruiter will let you know exactly what you need!
The only commitment at Swift is to your career. We do not participate in employment contracts. However, we do have a financial agreement for Academy costs.
Swift Academy tuition is $7,995. Housing is optional at an additional $1,250. After one year of employment, tuition is fully reimbursed. We do not do credit checks! A Swift recruiter can give you more details.

Students dissatisfied with this school’s response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the school, can file a formal complaint with TWC, as well as with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.
