As an experienced CDL-A Driver, you want the rewards of a successful career. Swift delivers more miles, more loads and more pathways to expand your career than any other carrier. We offer various hauls. Choose the one that fits you best!
Swift partners with some of the industry’s top manufacturers, using late-model Freightliner and Volvo tractors – 92% of which are less than five years old.
The only commitment at Swift is to help you start your CDL career now. We do not participate in employment contracts. However, we do have a financial agreement for Academy costs.
Swift Academy tuition is $6,000. Housing is optional at an additional $750. After one year of employment, tuition is fully reimbursed. We do not do credit checks! A Swift recruiter can give you more details.
We have both manual and automatic tractors. Availability may vary.
Most of our dedicated opportunities require at least 3 months of over-the-road experience. However, some accounts do allow Trainees. A recruiter can let you know if there is one in your area actively hiring!
You receive your first check the next week after orientation.
We do! In order to qualify we require documentation. A Swift recruiter will let you know exactly what you need!
Weekly pay for Trainees varies based on your state of residency. We pay at a flat weekly rate so you know exactly how much you will earn! A Swift recruiter can provide you a quote.
